A Taste of Marin
Our client faced a delicious challenge: when visitors think of dining, they think of San Francisco, not Marin. So we set out to make them hungry for the farm-to-face world just across the bridge. This film series criss-crosses the county, from an oyster farm to meadery to cheese makers to chefs. Plus the landscapes that feed them all. We produced six films (and put on a few pounds). Lots of folks have tried Fernet-Branca. Once. Its taste is, shall we say…challenging. But fans of Fernet really, REALLY love it. And if you order one in San Francisco, your bartender will likely give you instant cred, as it’s known as “The Bartender’s Handshake.” This film is a celebration of the 27 herbs and spices that make Fernet difficult to forget, and impossible to ignore. We shot at 1000 fps, and made one heck of a mess.
